There’s something that happens when we come together and celebrate a common thread that unites us, when we build each other up and support one another, when our village grows so do we.

Parenthood is one of the most chaotic, difficult, rewarding and wonderful transitions that happens in a lifetime and building a sense of community, a village, during this time is so important. In fact, it is your life-raft, the only way to stay afloat when the tides turn in these transitional years and when your village grows outside of family and close friends all you feel is gratitude. The Bump to Baby Show, an urban family marketplace, truly is a celebration of parenthood bringing together our village in the city.

When our village grows so do we

Have you ever stepped into a space completely alone and wondered, worried, what the experience would be like, only to realize very quickly that you felt so welcome?

I had this experience a little while back when I attended my first ever Bump to Baby show. The market, hosted by Hosted by Dr. Rachel Schwartzman and Mira Heitz  was so alive, the venders local, lovely and the market space itself stunning! While I was at the show I was so happy to run into so many of favourite creative career moms, in fact it was a space filled with creativepreneures, many of whom were also parents. There’s truly a sense of community at this show a place for parents, local shops, teachers and wellness experts to come together and celebrate the crazy, beautiful life that comes after baby.

Baby life and parenthood has its own language, we may all have our own favourite phrases or words we use often, but the root of this language is love and this is something that you can truly see and feel when you visit the Bump to Baby Show. The show is a space filled with creative and conscious venders and dedicator educators, it truly feels like a community.

I am so excited to share with all of you that The Bump to Baby Show is back! On Saturday, October 21st, 2017, join the best health-conscious brands for expectant parents, new parents, and young children for a one-day marketplace event in Toronto.
